John Mallios
John Mallios completed his Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Salmon P. Case, College of Law in 1978. After his successful completion of the Texas Bar Exam, he became a licensed attorney in all state and federal courts in all districts in the state of Texas in May of 1979.
Mr. Mallios opened his own practice in 1980. Early on in his career, he specialized in criminal and family litigation. By 1983, he expanded his expertise to business, probate and personal injury law. Mr. Mallios has been involved in numerous cases against corporate defendants where he has obtained substantial verdicts and/or settlements.
Mr. Mallios attributes his success in the courtroom to his aggressive trial nature and the fact that he is not afraid to go toe to toe with big corporate business and insurance companies to fight for what his clients truly deserve.
Scott Damon
Scott Damon joined John C. Mallios & Associates in January of 2006. Mr. Damon represents clients in the areas of family law, criminal law, estate planning, probate, business litigation and personal injury.
Mr. Damon earned a BA in History and a minor in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 1999. He then went on to get a J.D. From Oklahoma City University in 2005. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November of 2005.
